These tapestries are rare to come by. I have seen only two others in excellent condition that was a lot short and missing the second Hare. Both went and sold for $175. 
This tapestry was made in Italy and has the handmade Italy tag still pinned onto the back, as shown in the pictures. It had another tag, but that one is missing, but you can see that it was once there due to a corner piece still hanging on.  It has been stored for a very long time, so it was able to keep its vibrant colors and minimal damage. There is a slight fryer ng along the top and bottom in excellent condition. Has no smell. It's a good find.
From my research, it was made in Italy in the 1930s...probably aroundb1935.
